Bedre is the Danish word for better. And that’s what we aim to help teams and leaders achieve. Better feedback culture and better team culture.
We know from research that teams who consistently and skilfully gives and solicit feedback, performs better and enjoy working together. That is why I focus on exactly that.
Feedback and leadership
Before asking our teams to work effectively with feedback, we need to master it ourselves.
I help you with exactly that, so you become the best possible mentor and role model for your teams. This is a crucial part of building a lasting feedback culture in your team.
I’ve done it many times before, so don’t worry if you are not sure how it will pan out. I’ll guide you.

Feedback in teams
To create a thriving feedback culture in a team, you need three things:
- Basic feedback skills
They need to know the basics of giving and receiving feedback.
- Trust Teams must have a certain level of trust, to continuously engage in feedback conversations. The great thing about feedback is that it improves trust, when done right.
Teams need to design their feedback strategies around their daily activities, so it works in their normal environment.
Many people forget the third part and underestimate the second step.

I am dedicated to challenge you respectfully. I will make sure we focus on activities that support your culture and team members, and not some standard model.
And I will probably make you smile and/or laugh during or work. At least that is what other customers say.
I bring authenticity and a sense of honesty when I facilitate. Not that “honesty” is special – but I tend to bring that out in others too. When we dare to create that atmosphere together, the vibe changes and we can create lasting change together.
When we are in that atmosphere together, we meet as human beings instead of just co-workers, and that is when we are able to create high performance.

Who's behind Bedre Feedback?
My name is Danni Liljekrans. I have dedicated my professional (and personal?) life to helping people build each other up. I’m particularly passionate about feedback and feedback culture, because I have experienced first-hand what that means to a team and the individual.
I have a masters degree in Robotics Engineering from 2012. After that I started as a developer but soon become a team leader and then agile coach in a big IT-company that grew from 350 to 900 people when I was with them. I know the life in a growing company, and the challenges that teams and leaders work with daily.
I have facilitated big learning-programs for between 90 and 140 teenagers several weeks a year since 2013. This has created a foundation for action-based-learning which is much more fun to be a part of!
I am a certified business- and lifecoach which also affects the way I work with you through powerful questions and guidance. This increases the return of investment of our time together.
