Feedback and leadership

Before asking our teams to work effectively with feedback, we need to master it ourselves.

I help you with exactly that, so you become the best possible mentor and role model for your teams. This is a crucial part of building a lasting feedback culture in your team.

I’ve done it many times before, so don’t worry if you are not sure how it will pan out. I’ll guide you.

Feedback in teams

To create a thriving feedback culture in a team, you need three things:

  1. Basic feedback skills
    They need to know the basics of giving and receiving feedback.

  2. Trust Teams must have a certain level of trust, to continuously engage in feedback conversations. The great thing about feedback is that it improves trust, when done right.

  3. Strategies
    Teams need to design their feedback strategies around their daily activities, so it works in their normal environment.

Many people forget the third part and underestimate the second step.

I bring authenticity and a sense of honesty when I facilitate. Not that “honesty” is special – but I tend to bring that out in others too. When we dare to create that atmosphere together, the vibe changes and we can create lasting change together.

Who's behind Bedre Feedback?

Hey there!

My name is Danni Liljekrans. I have dedicated my professional (and personal?) life to helping people build each other up. I’m particularly passionate about feedback and feedback culture, because I have experienced first-hand what that means to a team and the individual.

I have a masters degree in Robotics Engineering from 2012. After that I started as a developer but soon become a team leader and then agile coach in a big IT-company that grew from 350 to 900 people when I was with them. I know the life in a growing company, and the challenges that teams and leaders work with daily.

I have facilitated big learning-programs for between 90 and 140 teenagers several weeks a year since 2013. This has created a foundation for action-based-learning which is much more fun to be a part of!

I am a certified business- and lifecoach which also affects the way I work with you through powerful questions and guidance. This increases the return of investment of our time together.

Jeg var utroligt glad for den workshop Danni lavede for Projektpionererne. Det gav mine elever et fælles sprog og metoder til feedback, som de brugte meget i resten af deres uddannelsesforløb. Når man underviser er det ikke nok at kunne sit stof, man skal også kunne indtage et rum og sørge for at engagere eleverne. I enjoyed participating in a workshop with Danni and I have to admit that it was an insightful experience. First of all I consider him as a strong and dedicated coach.
